For my first experience studio, I analyzed the current state of both the physical and digital aspects of the City Bus service and make feasible and easy to implement designs as recommendations to City Bus. We were not sponsored by City Bus, but instead a UX company called KeyLime Interactive who wished to use our work as a case study for potential future clients.
